Where We Deliver

La Novella delivers across the United Arab Emirates and the GCC — Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.

Delivery Times & Cost

• United Arab Emirates — Free delivery, within 48 hours
• GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) — 50 AED, within 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the moment your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Payment

• Inside the UAE: Cash on Delivery is available across all seven Emirates. You pay when your order arrives.
• GCC orders: Payment is made online at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within one working day. If your order includes free laser engraving, it is engraved before dispatch — this does not delay your delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a confirmation. To check on an order at any time, message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 590 1858 with your order number.

Customs & Duties (GCC Orders)

Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number, redelivery may incur an additional charge.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us on WhatsApp at +971 58 590 1858 and we will resolve it.

بنوصّل فين

لانوفيلا بتوصّل في كل الإمارات وفي دول الخليج — السعودية، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، وعُمان.

مدة التوصيل والتكلفة

• الإمارات — توصيل مجاني، خلال 48 ساعة
• دول الخليج (السعودية، الكويت، قطر، البحرين، عُمان) — 50 درهم، خلال 3 لـ 7 أيام عمل

مدد التوصيل تقديرية وبتبدأ من لحظة شحن الطلب. الطلبات في الإجازات والعطلات الرسمية بتتجهّز في أول يوم عمل.

الدفع

• داخل الإمارات: الدفع عند الاستلام متاح في كل الإمارات السبع. بتدفع لما الطلب يوصلك.
• طلبات الخليج: الدفع أونلاين عند إتمام الطلب.

تجهيز الطلب

الطلبات بتتجهّز وتتشحن خلال يوم عمل واحد. ولو طلبك فيه نقش بالليزر مجاني، بيتنقش قبل الشحن — وده مابيأخرش التوصيل.

متابعة الطلب

أول ما طلبك يتشحن، هنبعتلك تأكيد. ولو عايز تتابع طلبك في أي وقت، كلمنا على الواتساب +971 58 590 1858 مع رقم الطلب.

الجمارك والرسوم (طلبات الخليج)

الطلبات اللي بتتشحن برّه الإمارات ممكن يبقى عليها رسوم جمركية أو ضرايب استيراد حسب قوانين بلد الوصول. الرسوم دي مش داخلة في إجمالي الطلب وبتكون على المستلم.

العناوين الغلط

راجع عنوانك ورقم تليفونك كويس عند إتمام الطلب. لو التوصيل فشل بسبب عنوان غلط أو رقم مش شغّال، إعادة التوصيل ممكن يبقى عليها رسوم إضافية.

طلب تالف أو ماوصلش

لو طلبك وصل تالف، أو ماوصلش في المدة المتوقعة، كلمنا على الواتساب +971 58 590 1858 وهنحلها.
