Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.
Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What Can Be Returned
- Bottles that are unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept:
- Opened or used bottles — once the seal is broken, the fragrance cannot be resold
- Engraved bottles — laser engraving is permanent and personalised to you. Please check your spelling carefully before confirming your order.
- Discovery sets with opened samples
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is broken, leaking, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp at +971 58 590 1858 with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full — with no return shipping cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 58 590 1858 or email contact@lanovellaperfumes.online with your order number.
- We will confirm your return and arrange collection.
- Please do not ship items back before contacting us — returns sent without confirmation cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued within 7 to 10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will arrange a bank transfer or store credit — your choice.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different fragrance is to return the unopened bottle and place a new order.

مدة الإرجاع
عندك 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب عشان تطلب الإرجاع.
إيه اللي ينفع يترجّع
- الزجاجات المقفولة وغير المستخدمة بتغليفها الأصلي
- المنتجات اللي وصلت تالفة أو معيبة أو غلط
إيه اللي ماينفعش
لأسباب صحية وأمان، مابنقبلش:
- الزجاجات المفتوحة أو المستعملة — بمجرد فتح الختم، العطر ماينفعش يتباع تاني
- الزجاجات المنقوشة — النقش بالليزر دائم ومخصص ليك. راجع الإملاء كويس قبل تأكيد الطلب.
- مجموعات الاستكشاف اللي اتفتحت عيناتها
منتج تالف أو غلط
افحص طلبك أول ما يوصلك. لو فيه حاجة مكسورة أو بتسرّب أو مش اللي طلبته، كلمنا خلال 48 ساعة على الواتساب +971 58 590 1858 مع صورة. هنبدله أو نرد فلوسك كاملة — من غير أي تكلفة شحن عليك.
إزاي تطلب الإرجاع
- ابعتلنا على الواتساب +971 58 590 1858 أو على الإيميل contact@lanovellaperfumes.online مع رقم الطلب.
- هنأكد الإرجاع ونرتّب الاستلام منك.
- ماتبعتش المنتج قبل ما تكلمنا — المرتجعات اللي بتيجي من غير تأكيد مابنقدرش نعالجها.
استرداد الفلوس
أول ما نستلم المرتجع ونفحصه، هنبلغك بالنتيجة. الاسترداد الموافق عليه بيتم خلال 7 لـ 10 أيام عمل. ولو طلبك كان دفع عند الاستلام، هنرتّب تحويل بنكي أو رصيد في المتجر — زي ما تحب.
الاستبدال
أسرع طريقة تاخد عطر تاني إنك ترجّع الزجاجة المقفولة وتعمل طلب جديد.
